Feature request: inclusion list in per container settings

Is it possible to add an inclusion list in the per container settings, or a toggle for the exclusion list to be an inclusion list instead that would only include the selected folders and files in the backup?

Please disregard this request if it's too much effort, since it's already possible to include specific folders and files using the exclusion list. It's just a little inconvenient when you're trying to backup a single folder for a container.

I would try to help with a pull request, but my PHP is very rusty. Thanks in advance.
