This is an effort to suggest/define/iterate/converge-on a common ontology for "license agreements." The scope of target "license agreements" is broad - it should span the subject matter of the license (e.g. copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret), features such as royalty-bearing or not, exclusive or not, long/short term, jurisdiction, even language.
