Ti=Conditions on Exclusivity Level
sec=The present contract is non-exclusive. The {_Customer} is free to be supplied at any moment by any supplier of its choice for goods and services similar to the {_Equipment}, {_Software} and {_Related_Services} contemplated by this {_Agreement}. {_Manufacturer} may supply its products, goods and services (including those similar to the {_Equipment}, {_Software} and {_Related_Services} contemplated by this {_Agreement}) to any customer of its choosing.
