Current behavior

Expected behavior

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Idea

Image control with zoom in and out by double tap or Slider's value in desktop and pinch zoom in touch enabled screen.
The idea is to show the image in separate dialog with zoom behavior. Please check the bellow example output.

Could be done with a combination of ImplicitAnimations and ScrollViewer. Let's see if there is a interest for this from the community on UserVoice.

What's the current status of this issue?

Closing this out as it seems like the result could be achieved with the help of other controls mentioned above. Also it didn't receive much approval from the community members.
