Li and Drummond (2012) describe an approach to direct model averaging of clock models. It is implemented in BEAST1 and mentioned in the BEAST2 book. It is more efficient than path sampling when comparing clock models, so we should port it from BEAST1.

Has this been ported to/implemented in BEAST 2 yet? Just getting started with BEAST 2 and been wondering this myself.

This has not been ported yet as far as I am aware.
