Failing to request site manifest #224

The below error is currently blocking the site manifest from assets. Either store the file in the repo or fix it on assets

Access to manifest at 'https://assets.csh.rit.edu/pubsite/favicon/site.webmanifest' from origin 'https://www.csh.rit.edu' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
