timestamp bug on webview after neb publish

I did a neb publish to col11740 on qa. In the webview History, the date is showing wrong. It says Apr 9, 2018 when it should say May 9, 2018.

I looked at the date on qa, here's what I got:

Is that true for 4.1, 5.1, and 6.1 as well, or were those done on April 9?

Ok, I checked on production - that's the correct timestamp for 4.1 (prod also has a 4.2) I'm guessing that 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1 are all neb/press tests on QA. In that case, I'm laying money on this being press copying the existing "revised" timestamp instead of updating it. Checking now.
