GKR verifier inside PLONK

Hi, this is exciting work, thank you. Has the paper been published yet?
I read the discussion in https://ethresear.ch/t/prover-time-comparison-of-gkr-groth16-vs-groth16-for-proving-mimc-hashes/8373

My main question is, will there still be significant gains (for proving MiMC7 hashes) if the GKR verifier ran inside a PLONK circuits (with plookup and custom gates)? Could you pls give an approx. estimate of the speed up factor?

In my use case, the app must run inside a plonk circuit, I'm trying to assess if it is worth investing time into porting your scheme to plonk. Thanks.
