Hi,thanks for this greatful tool,I really appreciate.

I have two host machine and I created the network separately, but it seems can not add peer in another machine.
Log shows:
2021-08-20 18:17:46.434462 I | rafthttp: peer 6 became active
2021-08-20 18:17:46.475328 E | rafthttp: failed to dial 6 on stream Message (peer 6 failed to find local node 1)
2021-08-20 18:17:46.475416 I | rafthttp: peer 6 became inactive (message send to peer failed)
(peer 6 is new node that I want to add)

In quorum-7node-example,I manually copy node data and scripts to another host, after changed some files, the raft.addPeer works,In my old case,I also need to run some scripts to sync keystore data.
I highly doubt that migrate node the best way.
Is there is easy way to create some nodes to join a existing network?
Thank you. I really appreciate your help.
