FutureRestore GUI — v1.98.3 is NOT working on windows 10 (not starting up)................much bigger download size
compared to earlier versions 1.98.2/1.98......

I confirm the same. Tested on Windows 10 21H2. Downgraded to 1.98.2 as workaround.

I am able to reproduce the issue and am working on a fix for the bad CI.

As a temporary solution, I have manually compiled FRGUI 1.98.3 for Windows and replaced it in the release assets. Please let me know if updating works now.
