Updated threaded-xslt.xpl to allow a sensible debug output of all the intermediate steps. Output is provided on the intermediates port

xml:base fix

Resolved an issue where xml:base was not honoured in manifests under some circumstances

metadata, groups and params, oh my

Added the schema for the manifest file and the support for grouping and metadata to that.
Updated the threaded-xslt tool to support the taking metadata from the manifest and turning them into parameters

recursive directory list updated

Added parameters to the recursive directory lister to allow URL resolution as it is in the non recursive version.
