Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently on-time DKP awards all people in the raid irrespective of what zone they are in.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to only award on-time DKP to players in the raid if they are in the same zone or close-proximity to the loot master

Same zone as the player who started the clm raid would be more functional I think.
