Blask is an Open Source project, you can improve it, change it and distribute it under the GPL 3.0 License.
First of all, if you want to contribute to Blask, see our Web Page. Also, you can see our Mailing List.
Of course, you can create new issues with improvements or questions in Github Issues.
Please use the branch develop as base branch for your pull requests. In this branch is where the next features will be developed.
Lastly, you can send pull requests, using Github Pull Request, but it is important to check the Code Coverage.
