I'm getting the following error while following the tutorial:

 pt28_obj[["Peaks"]] <- CreateAssayObject(counts=obj.atac@assays[["ATAC"]]@data)
   Error in `[[<-`:
  ! Cannot add new cells with [[<-
  Run `rlang::last_trace()` to see where the error occurred.

Can you provide more information, e.g., call sessionInfo() to show loaded packages information?
