Describe the bug
As you can see from the screenshots, there are some issues with this theme regarding forums within Discord. Once you have 'read' a forum post, the text becomes very hard to see, as shown in the first screenshot. Also, there is a different icon for 'limited forums' in Discord (the selected channel in the screenshot), and it doesn't seem to match the other custom icons.
Screenshot 2 shows what it looks like when you start creating a post within a forum, it is a little uncomfortable around the edges.
