Remove capital letters from the names of all files and folders, this will not affect the work of hud in windows, but will make life easier for linux users

If you try to run hud (TF2HUD.Fixes-main) with uppercase letters in linux, it will just create the same folder but with a fully lowercase name, with the sound cache inside it, and it still won't work

You forgot to remove the capital letters from this folder TF2HUD.Fixes-main

That would require renaming the entire GitHub repository and subsequent links.
