Describe the bug

Hi

In the Wishlist Count Button widget of this plugin, the icon on the top and right side has extra space, so that the icon is not always in the middle and is tilted. This bug is slightly different in RTL and LTR. The difference is quite obvious in the screenshots below.

in RTL

To Reproduce

1. Add Wishlist Count Button widget.
2. Delete the label text.
3. Disable Count for better understanding.
4. Set the icon size to 25px.

After that, you will see that the icon has a lot of extra space from the bottom and right.
