Achievements not working with modloader

Basically just the title.

First thing I did when the new update came was installing the modloader (mainly just use the stutter fix) and resetting my progress so I can get the achievements. I went through a few levels before I noticed that I should have been able to get a couple of them (Pharmakokinetiks, Paradise, Sin Space Engineering). Reinstalling the game without the modloader allowed me to finally unlock achievements.

I understand that the modloader might be out of date with the addition of achievements, but it is worth noting that the game + mods (without achievements) as it stands now seem to work with no issues. Wanted to make this issue to save a headache.
