v2.5: Support GetKey and bug fixes

- Bug fixes.
- Clarify how to create a configuration when the license server is running as a Windows service.
v2.4: Support for Windows service
We have added an option that allows the license server to run as a Windows service in the background.
v2.3: Support for usage-based licensing offline
Increment/decrement operations are now logged on disk and can later be submitted to Cryptolens to make sure the client is billed for usage.
