load signature keys from AWS S3 #328

Since I do not found a way to inject the private signature key (and changing the settings.py accordingly) without recreating the docker image I would like to suggest to try to load the keys from the AWS S3 bucket (if configured).

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 82.143% when pulling c602cd9 on dentalwings:cups_keys_from_s3 into b69ecab on Crystalnix:master.
