Context

When configured with the default CSE configuration, the search this site on https://www.colorado.edu/fis/ will return results from https://www.colorado.edu/fiske/.

cse_overlap

I've updated FIS to use a pattern that includes /fis/* and a single page entry for /fis, but we need a way to see this potential issue when launching sites as well as figure out how many sites have this problem.
