Nijie Downloader Fails to recognize video posts

The Nijie Downloader fails to recognize posts made in a video format as being valid and simply ignores them.
Note that this is not an oddball case like pixiv's ugoria; Nijie allows posting of native mp4 files that are displayed in that same format and can be downloaded manually, as would be expected.

Not sure about the appropriate way to make a PR for this, considering the downloader is a hydrus default, but the fix is quite simple: In the nijie view popup parser, duplicate the image link parser and edit this duplicate to search for <video> tags instead of <img> tags.
