Create optional collection selection level at sign-in stage. unique collection (ie: USFS, Park, Africa) would be linked to unique url

example from NEVP (north American vascular plant) website portal - example of collection with url to data. this is an example with agency or institutions id's [https://portal.neherbaria.org/portal/collections/misc/collprofiles.php] (https://portal.neherbaria.org/portal/collections/misc/collprofiles.php)
