Time correction functionality

**Is your feature request related to a problem?
It was noted - that the time correction on the sparcd app should have an option to apply to a single image or all. It was also noted the location of the time correction should be under the image import section and not grouped with the image brightness - which is only a temp feature.

This change should happen with the next burst of development
