Phone freezes when turning on screen and notification bar vanishes RC1.5

I am currently running RC1.5 however my phone occasionally freezes when turning on the screen, this can sometimes be when the lock screen first appears or it sometimes occurrs after unlocking. The notification bar also sometimes vanishes and takes a minute to reappear.

It's because when you open your phone (screen on), your WiFi reenable itself too (by default, WiFi sleeps if screen is off). It's an old bug and you need to restart. It doesn't happens all the time but after some on-off circle (without any precedent restart).
