Windows 10 for arm in UserLAnd ?

Would like to run the WoR images within UserLAnd from https://uup.rg-adguard.net/index.php to allow me to run windows10 from our phones!

That's not how UserLand works.. UserLand is not an emulator but a userland chroot based environment (proot) that shares the kernel running on the device. Like a LXC container. Windows is not Linux and uses a completely different kernel.

In short: What you're asking for will never happen in UserLand.
