The formatting options of telegram should be supported as far as possible.
Currently bold, italic and underline are supported.

Idea: If formatting options, supported by telegram but not by the forum, are used, the input could be rejected with an error message, rather than dropping the formatting silently.

AFAIK forums can also forbid to use BBCodes. This should also be checked, before converting formatted text input.

Input of italic, bold and underline is supported, if the default Markdown of Telegram or the format buttons are used.
