500 internal server error reported by web API for some annotations

The most likely this is a corrupted annotation created by some earlier version of the backend. It was due to the bug while substituting the temporary target id with the persistent one in the bodies of annotations. I have fixed this issue.

I have removed this annotation from the database. The decision is to wait and to see if the problem will appear again or my suggestion about the fixed old bug is correct.
