Ice IV adds the ability to set an icon for the session. However, the icon only uses one size.

This means the titlebar looks good, but the task bar looks fuzzy; or the task bar looks good, but the titlebar is miniature.

Desired behavior: use the right image out of the icon for the appropriate place.
