This BIDS application is the pipeline that all of the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study baseline data has been run through for release. From Oregon Health & Science University's Developmental Cognition and Neuroimaging (DCAN) Labs.

The pipeline itself is a modification and extension of the Human Connectome Project's Minimal Preprocessing Pipelines.

It leverages neuroimaging software such as FSL, ANTs, FreeSurfer, and Workbench to preprocess fMRI data, preparing the image data for structural, resting state, and task analyses.
