<div type="commentary" subtype="frontmatter" xml:space="preserve"><p>Medical prose. Fragment (4.5 x 4 cm) of a papyrus sheet broken on all sides containing on the <emph rend="italics">recto</emph> remains of 10 lines arranged in a single column of writing (<emph rend="italics">verso</emph> is blank). The brevity and the lacunosity of this fragment make the positive determination of its meaning difficult, but it seems to be part of a medical treatise. The text was copied in a small-sized uncial hand assignable to the 1st cent. AD.</p></div>
