<div type="commentary" subtype="frontmatter" xml:space="preserve"><p>Medical treatise. Fragment (9.6 x 8.7 cm) of a papyrus roll containing on the <emph rend="italics">recto</emph> the upper part of a column. <emph rend="italics">Verso</emph> is blank. The subject under discussion is δυσουρία, the symptoms and treatment of which are also described in various passages of the ancient writers of medicine (<emph rend="italics">e.g.</emph> Gal. <emph rend="italics">Remed.Par.</emph> 3. [14, 571 K]). The papyrus was written in a well-formed square uncial hand of medium size, probably in the first half of the 3rd cent. AD.</p></div>
