Staging server: Chant Index page: for sources in Bower segment, "Seq" (i.e. s_sequence) not displaying

Clicking on the sequence in the first row, http://206.12.88.113/sequence/628347, we see it indeed does have a s_sequence, but the 14 is not displayed on the chant index page.

This feels important enough that it needs to be fixed before we merge #474.

FWIW this is buggy on OldCantus too, and in both Old and New the folios aren't in the right order either (1r is after 19r)

I think actually in this case "Seq" is being used slightly differently from "seq" in the rest of Cantus--instead of giving the place on the page, it's just the order it is in the whole source, with some sort of little marker about (I think?) when it was written relative to the others. So it's not that crucial, I think , though having it might help order the index page properly.
