CCS敘述縮寫改全名

CCS如果回傳敘述都是縮寫，改成全名比較方便，他的縮寫太濃縮了，測試後蠻難看懂的。

1.新增ICD9 的 ccs category full Description: ccsDxICD9_fullLabel.rds

重新安裝後，發現還是有部分是縮寫

當初是為了避免跟DHAnalysis的名稱一樣
