Allows using dhtmlxScheduler component with Meteor.

Add the dhtmlxScheduler data adapter:
meteor add dhtmlx:scheduler-data

Define data collections as usual:

Initialize dhtmlxScheduler and data adapter:

Note that this behavior works only with autopublish package installed. Otherwise, you have to define your custom publication and subscribe to it in the themplate ( or the router ).
