PDF version could use a bit more side margin

This is not a big deal, but, maybe we should increase the side margin of the PDF version of the specs. Some printers might not be able to cope with short margins and I think it would make a nicer document to look at. It also makes it easier to bind as a book.

@jmaferreira these are set in the generation metadata and are currently 0.5 inches left and right. I've upped these to 0.75 inches instead and it's certainly had an affect, the new version is a few pages longer. If you want to cast eyes over the new release versions to approve just let me know, I'll have a download link early next week latest.
