Date field format (YYYY-MM-DD) causes problems with some of our data sources with many inaccurate dates. Would it be possible for all date fields to have the timestamp format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.MMM).

It depends on the field. When no time is included it usually mean that the time is too granular for what is required. Inaccurate dates should usually go in verbatim fields or fields that makes it explicitly that we are just recording the data.

There are some date fields for which no seperate verbatim field are available. Is it possible to add these fields? There is no verbatim date field in:

  • Transaction module
  • Preparations

We have discussed this topic again and would need two date fields in Preparations:

  • Verbatim Production Date
  • Verbatim Preparation Date
