The Reachability Analyzer in Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) relies on data from various AWS services such as AWS Direct Connect, Amazon EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and more. To use the Reachability Analyzer, users need specific API permissions for creating, analyzing, and managing paths for reachability. Additionally, users must have permissions for describe API calls for networking-related resources and for establishing a trust relationship between Reachability Analyzer and AWS Organizations. Tagging-related API permissions and Tiros API calls are also required for certain functionalities.
