The files t8_element_cxx.hxx and t8_element_c_interface.h are linked together closely and should always provide the same functionality. Is there a way to check, that the functions provided by t8_element_cxx.hxx have also a c-interface? As a first step, we could add it to our PR-template, but an automated test would be nice too.
