The Top Bar does not strech over the whole content/window (horizontally) if the viewport is small enough to cause an overflow (see screenshot).

This is an overflow issue (does not occur if root container has overflow:hidden.
=> issue related to #38 make the design more responsive
issue should be fixing itself if a responsive strategy for narrower viewports is implemented
