Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently loading theme.css.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would like to have an unminified and minified version of theme.css but only want to load minimized version if it exists.

Load theme.min.css if exists, otherwise load theme.css if it exists

@Timo-Breumelhof will update community-default theme to have both files.
