Describe the bug

I built 08.01.00 Alpha and installed it.
The custom CSS was removed by this

Software Versions

  • DNN: 09.12.00
  • Module: 08.01.00 Alpha

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install 08.00.01
  2. Add a theme/custom/theme.css with soem styling
  3. Upgrade to 08.01.00
  4. The install package contains
    image

Which overwrites the custom style-sheet.

Expected behavior

The custom style sheet should not be overwritten
