Describe the bug

BUG: Forum topics not included in DNN search results for unauthenticated users, even if forum security allows view by unauthenticated users.

Software Versions

  • DNN: 09.13.03
  • Module: 08.00.01

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In Control Panel, set security on forum group/forum to allow "View" for "Unauthenticated Users"
  2. Add a topic to forum
  3. Search as regular user, and you see results
  4. Logout and search as unauthenticated user; no results

Expected behavior

Forum topics should be included in search results if security allows 'View'
