When creating the grid using the content of the create_sandy_application.m file, I noticed that there is a kink in the final "h" results. What could have gone wrong? How should I go about resolving it?
The outermost circle represents the WRF parent domain, depicted as a solid black line. The black solid line represents the ROMS parent domain. The red solid line represents the WRF subdomain, and the red cross symbols represent the ROMS subdomain.
i am not sure. maybe if you plot the grid lines of the parent and the grid lines of the child you can see what happened.
Thank you for your advice. I think I have a clue now. I generated the grid using WRF, so it might be a projection issue. I'll try generating the grid directly using latitude and longitude to see if that solves the problem.
This is my parents grid lines.
