feature request: F-Droid compatible repository

It would be nice, if the app would be available via F-Droid, either providing an own repository with e.g. https://f-droid.org/en/repomaker or through getting the app into F-Droid and providing Nightly Builds.

Considering the license of this project (Mozilla Public License 2.0) and that of the SDK, this application should be able to be included in the main F-Droid repository (as long as it continues not to include any dependencies on e.g. Google Play services, see also: DP-3T/dp3t-sdk-android#10), and it builds with fdroid build without problems after writing a metadata file for this repository (after executing fdroid import --url https://github.com/DP-3T/dp3t-app-android.git --subdir app and configuring the file to prod build flavor and latest commit).

As such, if consent is given by one of the repository's owners, I can open a merge request to request this application to be added to the main F-Droid repository.

In that case, it would be desirable to have metadata (screenshots, app description) in the structure that F-Droid expects it to be. For this, if wanted, I can open a pull request here.

I think, if this corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android#75 open implementation of the Google/Apple protocol is done the App could be used "as is" for F-Droid.
