• Get new form templates from WGR email.
• Formula from WGR email dated 2023-11-20: Variance (%) = [1 - (Target – Total /Target) x 100%] = …..%
• Add documentStandards collection of standards transient field to the product inspection class. Add these fields to all databases: standardsBreached (VarChar 1024), commodityCode (VarChar 255). Update release notes.
• Ask WGR about 'SAD/ Registration Number' on the new form and 'Entry Document No' on the old Detention Request form. Ask about other fields.
• Add reasonForDetention field to the product inspection class. Set it to the survey field if it is empty. Set the product inspection objects as dirty. Also add size field. Update release notes.
• Put containerSizes field in entrydocumentinspection class and table databases. Update release notes
• Continue to update forms. Add a product/inspection table to the relevant forms. Copy and modify IR form. Continue with Detention Request - POE form.
• SC: Fill out fields that are in the product inspection class, such as product name and brand when a market product and other relevant fields are entered. Use these fields in the form instead of the market product field and other main survey fields. #793
• Add a standards multiple selection autocomplete that get its data from the standardsBreached field in the survey product inspection class. Write code to get the collection of standards from the standardsBreached field list of standard names.
• Set the standardsBreached field in product inspections if it is empty, as a comma separated list of the survey standards breached when the autocomplete in the survey form is updated.
• Add consignmentSizeDetained to the compliance survey class, table and dialog. Update release notes to update all databases.
• Add inspector to the POE Detettion Request tab in the survey dialog.
• Re-activate PDF form exportation from the Survey Dialog Forms menu. Continue with Notice of Detention - Domestic Market form.
• Ensure that only persons with the required privileges can authorize forms.
• Verify that all form data are correctly exported to the jasper report forms.
• Implement or update the verification report in the "forms" folder.
• The Verification Report to be included in Forms (see attachment). The result of the verification inspection should populate the Verification Report).
