ups package $ERS_LIB not set correctly, and ${ERS_LIB}64/cmake/ers/ersConfig.cmake... #7

does not seem to set include path and library, but maybe there's just a problem with ERS_LIB and/or
setting of CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH??

Hi Ron, which version of ERS UPS products are you using? If it's the newer one v0_26_00b. The ${ERS_LIB} actually points to the "lib64" path; not necessarily require "64" appended to it as %{ERS_LIB}64.

it seems I was not using the one with the "b" on the end. I'll try things with the newer one. Thanks!
I don't know how the "setup_build_environment" determines the versions -- may need to get John involved?
