Name all server ports so that SRV records are automatically created

Currently the ports are not named in this YAML file:

It would be good to have the ports named, so that SRV records can be added to Kubernetes DNS.

@eflumerf has a feature branch leveraging these SRV records from the DNS server. This will enable IPM to connect to DAQ applications by its name, e.g. service_name: _fragments-0-in._tcp.daq_application.dataflow.

My guess is this proposed change has been included already. I've seen named ports in YAML files in this repo.
