[IDEA] Add some features

features list:

• add compression-level (1-6, if enable this feature i think you should let user must used .tar.gz formant)
• add print backup ETA o rprogress hitis
• add a hook link to OneDrive/Google Drive and upload backup files
• Add a chunk backup feature and support for hot rollback chunks, You can refer to this plugin: QuickBackupM(I know there's a plugin that has this feature but doesn't seem to work well, and the author of that plugin seems to have given up on maintaining his plugin)
• when player number lower than setting number or zero, automate start backup
