I would like to see that all miners use and test the latest version 24.1

What are the advantages to use outdated software?

Using 24.0 makes is much harder for tools like stacks-dump because 24.0 and 24.1 are using e.g. different databases.

The documentation says to use the latest version from master branch, i.e. currently, 24.1.+
